As Typhoon Bawi approached, Jinyun County strengthened its flood and typhoon prevention measures across the region. Frontline personnel from towns and communities remained on duty around the clock, carrying out emergency response, flood monitoring, patrols, and other essential work to help protect local residents.

On the morning of July 10, 2026, HAODA made an in-kind donation of a truckload of folding beds through the Jinyun County Red Cross Society, supporting local flood and typhoon prevention efforts with practical supplies.
Rather than simply making a general donation, the folding beds were allocated according to specific local needs, with the aim of ensuring that the donated supplies could be put to practical use where they were most needed.
Supporting Frontline Workers, Seniors and Children
Part of the donated folding beds will be used in township emergency duty rooms, providing a place for frontline flood and typhoon response personnel to rest during extended periods of emergency duty.
Folding beds will help provide rest and recovery space for frontline emergency response personnel.
Another portion will be allocated to village and community senior activity centers, providing a more comfortable place for local seniors to rest and participate in community activities.
The remaining supplies will be provided to local primary schools, secondary schools and kindergartens to support children's daily rest and nap needs.
Although a folding bed may seem like a simple piece of equipment, its practical value extends across different areas of community life-from emergency response and frontline worker support to senior care and children's daily well-being.
