A: The top chest sits inside the base cabinet during transport, and the carton is reinforced with honeycomb board. That reduces the shipped volume compared with two separate units and adds protection against transit damage. The top chest is attached on arrival, with installation instructions and video provided.
Q: Which models have the anti-tip lock?
A: The lock lets only one drawer open at a time, so a loaded cart stays stable. It is fitted on the JS-25C-3007 and JS-25C-4612. The compact JS-327 and JS-5004 do not have it. Confirm the exact configuration with our sales team for your order.

A: Report the shortage or damage to our sales team with photos. Missing parts are reshipped free of charge and usually arrive within a month.
