From Inquiry to Shipment

Sample
Our in-house sample workshop builds a new sample quickly, so you can judge the real product before committing.

Production
Custom builds take 15–30 days.
Inspection and packing
The finished order passes our four quality gates (below) before it is packed.
Shipment
Loaded at Ningbo Port on FOB or EXW terms.
The Factory Behind Your Brand
Sheet from 0.5 to 3.0 mm is laser cut to within ±0.1 mm, formed on a fully automatic flexible bending center, and joined by robotic welding before it reaches the powder-coating line. Most of our carts use 0.7–1.0 mm steel. Coated parts are tested by neutral salt spray under ISO 9227: 24 hours as standard, with longer tests available on request, and rust limited to 1% of the surface area.
New designs are validated in our lab with load, salt spray, drawer-slide life and drop tests, and third-party load-test reports can be arranged for your order. Annual capacity exceeds 5 million units (tool carts and tool boxes combined), with no seasonal slowdown in our production schedule.

FAQ
Q: How does the sample step work for an OEM order?
A: Most buyers start with one sample set to confirm the product fits their brand and market. The sample fee is credited against your later bulk order. Sample freight is paid by the buyer.
Q: Can you supply the certificates my market requires?
A: We already ship to Europe, North America and Australia, and the documents listed above are on file. If your market or retail chain asks for others, tell us in your brief. Additional certifications are available on request.
Q: Does every series offer the anti-tip drawer lock?
A: No. A lock on the top level lets only one drawer open at a time, so a fully loaded cart stays stable while a drawer is pulled out. We developed it in-house, and it is currently available as a custom option on the 2302 series, JS-19C, JS313 and the 25C series. Ask our sales team about your target model.
Q: What if a part is missing or a drawer sticks on arrival?
A: Casters are shipped for installation on arrival, with an assembly manual and installation video. For functional problems such as a lock, a drawer or a defective fitting, we handle the after-sales. Missing parts are reshipped free of charge and usually arrive within a month. A sticking drawer is the most common report, and it typically traces back to transit rather than the factory.
Q: Can you help with shipping beyond FOB or EXW?
A: Yes. On request we help arrange freight forwarders and door-to-door delivery to your address.
