Profile production serves as the foundation, encompassing three key stages: melting and casting, extrusion, and finishing (coloring). Melting and casting is the initial phase, comprising ingredient preparation, melting, and casting. Ingredient preparation involves calculating and combining raw materials based on the specific alloy grade required. Melting entails charging the prepared materials into a furnace and refining the melt through degassing and dross removal. Casting involves cooling the molten aluminum via a deep-well casting system to form cylindrical billets. Subsequent extrusion and finishing processes shape these billets and treat their surfaces.
The box body fabrication stage incorporates advanced equipment such as high-speed drilling workstations, aluminum laser cutting machines, and CNC wood panel saws. Industry-leading enterprises have also pioneered the use of robotics in production to enhance efficiency and ensure consistent product quality [7]. Furthermore, the surfaces of aluminum alloy sheets and profiles can undergo secondary processing-such as anodizing, embossing, coating, and printing-to meet diverse decorative and functional requirements.
